Volunteer
Can you help Manchester Liberal Democrats deliver for local people?
We rely on volunteers to help campaign for the changes which are needed in our city and to get more Lib Dems elected to Manchester Council. There are lots of ways you can help, and you'll be supported by experienced local members and campaigners.
How you can help
Speak to voters on the doorstep
We have regular canvassing sessions in all of our target wards talking to voters about their issues and understanding how they might vote in May.
Deliver campaign material
Our own printed leaflets are the main way we're able to share with voters our campaigns and priorities for the city. You can take on a regular delivery round near where you live or join our 'Action Days' in target areas.
Make calls
Calling other like-minded members can help us encourage more people to turn out for campaign events.
Donating
We rely on voluntary donations for nearly all of our costs. See our Donation page for how you can help.
Organise
Volunteers also run each of our local branches, arrange campaign events, and oversee the local party as Officers on our Executive Board. Organising roles are open to all members of the Liberal Democrats.
